I have an underutilized, high potential dating domain name for sale. It was created a little over 3 yrs ago, software purchased to develop the sight and then business called me elsewhere. It is a large niche market and I'm only selling it b/c it deserves the attention of someone willing to create the site and take advantage of the earnings potential. There are no other reputable singles sites in the area and the ones that exist are just plain awful, or they are affiliates of one of the national/international sites.
I have had the domain appraised and would be happy to discuss any decent offers - I'm very negotiable.

Sorry to be the one to burst your bubble, but I hope you are not expecting alot of money for this.

Reasons:

1) .net (not .com)
2) Website not developed
3) 3 Word domain

As an aside, I was looking at some domain auctions going on now on the web. There are some fantastic deals to be had.
